Challenge

What was the challenge?

The provider offers seven distinct curriculum programs spanning early childhood through high school — K-2, 3-6, middle school, high school, inclusive PE, and more — each with hundreds of standards-aligned activities, training, equipment, and support. The buyers are just as varied: PE teachers evaluating lesson quality, district administrators checking standards compliance, and grant-funded programs verifying the evidence base.

A site serving all of them has to do several jobs at once: make three decades of research credibility unmissable, let each buyer find their grade band in one click, and prove standards alignment for whichever of the 50 states the visitor teaches in — all without burying the actual call to action: getting a conversation started with a program consultant.

Approach

How did we approach it?

We organized the site the way buyers shop: one dedicated page per curriculum program, so a middle-school PE coordinator lands directly on the middle-school program — its activities, its research, its components — rather than wading through a catalog.

Evidence became the design language. The provider's differentiator is 30+ years of published research, so the site leads with it: 'evidence-based' framing on every program page, standards-alignment content addressing all 50 states, and the components schools actually receive (lesson plans, training, equipment, lifetime follow-up support) spelled out where decision-makers evaluate.

Every page routes to the same destination — a conversation about bringing the programs to a school or district — keeping a content-rich site pointed at its one commercial job.

Delivered

What did we deliver?

  • A complete web presence for the brand: home, seven curriculum program pages, standards-alignment content, and contact/consultation paths.
  • Dedicated, search-indexable pages per program (K-2, 3-6, middle school, high school, inclusive PE, and more), each targeting that grade band's distinct search intent.
  • Credibility architecture surfacing the 30+ year research base and standards alignment for national and all 50 state standards where buyers look for proof.
  • Clear conversion paths from every program page to a consultation — the site's core commercial action for school and district buyers.

Mechanism

How does it work under the hood?

  1. 01Information architecture maps one curriculum program to one URL, so organic search lands each grade band's buyers directly on the page written for them.
  2. 02Program pages follow a consistent evaluate-and-decide pattern: who it serves, what's included, the evidence behind it, and how to start.
  3. 03Standards-alignment content answers the compliance question — national and state standards — that district buyers must resolve before purchasing.
  4. 04Trust signals (research history, program components, support commitments) sit at the decision points throughout the flow.

Outcome

What was the outcome?

The provider's breadth — seven programs, thousands of activities, three decades of research — is now navigable instead of overwhelming: every buyer type has a direct path from search to their program to a conversation.

The evidence-first structure means the site itself makes the provider's strongest argument — that few PE programs are backed by more research — before a salesperson ever enters the picture.

Learnings

Key learnings

When a product's differentiator is evidence, the website's job is to make that evidence impossible to miss — credibility placement is information architecture, not decoration.

Audience-specific landing pages (one per grade band) turn a broad catalog into focused buyer journeys and search entry points.

Content-rich education sites still need one commercial spine: every page should route to the same next step, or richness becomes distraction.
