Challenge
What was the challenge?
The client does a lot: ERP and CRM implementations, AI-powered automation with its own AI automation agents, digital transformation consulting, custom eCommerce, and web and mobile development — for buyers ranging from mid-market operators to Fortune 500 teams. That breadth is a strength in delivery and a liability on a website: without careful structure, a multi-service consultancy's site reads as unfocused to the exact decision-makers it needs to convince.
The site had to do the selling that happens before any sales call: establish credibility fast, explain each service line in the buyer's language rather than the practitioner's, and route very different visitors — a manufacturing COO evaluating ERP, a founder needing eCommerce — to the right conversation.
Approach
How did we approach it?
We structured the site around service lines as entry points, giving each offering — digital transformation, ERP implementation, custom eCommerce, AI automation — its own dedicated, search-indexable page with a clear articulation of the problem it solves, rather than burying everything under one generic services page.
Credibility was treated as a design element: the 100+ client track record, Fortune 500 experience, and concrete delivery claims like rapid ERP deployments are surfaced where decision-makers look for proof, not tucked into an about page.
The content was written for two readers at once — plain-language business outcomes up front for executives, enough specificity underneath to satisfy the technical evaluators they bring along.
Delivered
What did we deliver?
- A full corporate website for the consultancy: home, service-line pages, about, and contact — structured for both human buyers and search engines.
- Dedicated pages per offering (digital transformation, custom eCommerce solutions, and more), each targeting the distinct search intent of that service's buyers.
- Messaging architecture that leads with business outcomes and backs them with the firm's delivery record across manufacturing, supply chain, construction, fintech, and retail.
- A conversion path from every page to a consultation conversation — the site's single job for a services business.
Mechanism
How does it work under the hood?
- 01Information architecture maps one service line to one URL, so organic search lands each buyer type directly on the page written for them.
- 02Service pages follow a consistent pattern — problem, approach, proof, call to action — making the breadth of the firm navigable instead of overwhelming.
- 03Trust signals (client counts, industry coverage, delivery-speed claims) are positioned at decision points throughout the flow.
Outcome
What was the outcome?
The client now has a digital presence that matches the caliber of its delivery work: every service line is discoverable, explained in its buyer's language, and routed to a conversation — the front door for a firm whose track record spans 100+ companies including Fortune 500 leaders.
Learnings
Key learnings
For a multi-service firm, the website's first job is structure: one service line per page turns breadth from a liability into an SEO asset.
Credibility is a design element — proof points belong at decision moments in the flow, not collected on an about page nobody reads.
Write for the two-reader reality of B2B: executives skim outcomes first, and the specialists they forward it to need substance underneath.
